5/5 - Excellent
I have just moved to the area from Cornwall and everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info, organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning ...

Friendly staff and locals in a beautiful Olde worlde hotel. Made to feel very welcome but genuine none of this going through the motions. We loved it and will re visit.

Great stay overall! The apartment was cozy, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Self check in was easy and smooth, the location was convenient. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.😊
