Staff operates it for you. Three floors of hotel space. Very quiet & quaint & served my purpose well. It has a bar restaurant within the hotel & is in the heart of downtown Wilmington.
Rooms are smaller but functional. A rich heritage awaits you."
"This is one of the nicest Hilton gardens I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff and clean hotel.
No on site parking (there is valet) but parking is easily accessible in the many garages next door and across the street.
Not much going on downtown Dayton, no shops or many food options that I saw. But the restaurant in the hotel was great! "
"I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It was only my young son and I, and we felt safe staying here.. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked through the door. The room was very clean and smelled nice. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it a nice review. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the area over the years and this was by far the nicest. "
"Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. "
"Loved this hotel. Spacious rooms and quiet room. Easy to park and staff was so nice. Travel with family and service dog with no problems. Nice area to take your pet out and easy to get to since right off of the elevator. Breakfast was nice and had lots of choices. Would definitely stay again and will look for Tru hotels on the future. "My family and I had a change in plans so were unable to stay at what I’m certain would have been a wonderful motel. Nonetheless the staff were so courteous, understanding and kind despite our frequently changing plans and other priorities in their own lives. I would stay there just on principle ! Next time. 11/10 for customer service going above and beyond."
