I always love this Residence Inn! It is such a wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing! Always so courteous and welcoming. I feel safe to stay by myself with my two boys when we visit Kings Island. We always stay here when we go to Kings Island - probably stayed here at least 5 times now and 5 stars each time. Hotel is simply fantastic. Great clean pool, workout room has more than just a treadmill like other hotels, laundry facility, rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is amazing for a hotel breakfast, we can walk to several fast-food restaurants, and it is about a 2 minute drive to KI. Cannot give them enough praise.

Check in staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean and looked recently renovated. Room was nice and big, bed was nice. The shower was nice although impractical as you had to completely step 2ft out of the shower stream to get to the soap attached to wall. Trashcan under sink still had carry out trash from previous guest.
