"horrible customer service."

"The airport shuttle only runs certain hours so we had to uber. We arrived at 2pm and were told to wait in the lobby until the 3pm check in time. I fully understand if rooms are not ready or if we were there earlier but with the amount of rooms and guests, it was a nuisance to wait for this rule rather than a room being ready. The room was very warm with a thermostat that didn’t adjust and they only offer body soap so bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The pool is located in another building so bring clothes to walk to and from if you’re planning on using that. The breakfast was nice so that was a plus. In hindsight, the only amenity that was advertised that actually worked out was the breakfast."
