There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too. "Great place close to the Tram and Bus routes direct into Nantes city. Its a very nice peaceful spot with a good range of amenities and and excellent breakfast. Great value and much better than staying in one of the chain hotels. The air con in the room worked well and the outside terrace was very nice in the warm evenings. There is also plenty of indoor space to stay out of the heat or when its colder."
