"Rommet var rent men opplevelsene da vi ankom var dårlig og vanskelig å finne fram. Trappa opp til rommet var av betong og dårlig, rekkverket flasser, med andre ord veldig shabby. At vi skulle dele med andre beboere, de var kommet først og "eide" kjøkkenet.
Vegglampe over senga på høyre side manglet stikkontakt. Alt i alt, vi sov godt, fikk dusjet og gått på toalett."

"Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. They have 24 hrs coffee available, the rooms are clean and parking is available onsite. The bedding and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. It is walkable from Svolvaer pier and restaurants."
