"Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. "The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). Overall, it felt like I had to keep asking for things to be taken care of."
