Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel
Staff was great. The AC in the room did not work well and the bed was hard. We had a very hard time getting any sleep.

HC-127 Beach Haus
The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.
