This is a quaint hotel that has everything you need! If the hotel doesn' t have it, it is within walking distance for sure! Within a hop and a skip of the hot springs and one of the best restaurants we've experienced!!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night and it was exactly what we needed. In the middle of Main Street, easy to find, and staff was friendly! We would definitely stay here again when we make it back up to Lava.

Very pleasant little place to stay that is a short walk to Lava hotsprings. The room was cozy and clean with the world's largest tub that you fill with hotspring water....that's a dream come true for me! The staff were all very pleasant as well. My only complaint is that the outdoor soaking "hot tub" needed a good cleaning and emptying, which they were doing the day we left so I guess staying during the week W-F is what got us there. But we'd definitely stay here again!

Hi Amber!Thank you for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay! The outdoor soaking tub is usually cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays. It was not cleaned until Friday last week because there was an emergency that the maintenance crew had to deal with (flood damage) and they put off cleaning the tub until Friday. Normally in this case we would close the patio, however, it was left open. I do apologize that the patio tub was not clean for you. I have mailed you a gift certificate to go towards your next stay with us! We hope that you will come back to see us soon!

This is a great place to stay as far as proximity to the hot springs. The hotel is in walking distance to the springs. The beds were big and the tub was very spacious but it’s a tight fit for 4 adults in one room. There’s no bathroom counter or space to put your toiletries and the mirror is very small but otherwise a great place to stay.

Great Little Spot to Stay
Incredibly nice place. Cozy room with massive soaker tub. Did bot getvto try that myself but will be back. Close to Hot Springs,food and Lobby. Lady at the front who checked us in was Amazing!!!! Dont pass on this place, give it a shot and see how nice your stay will be.

The access was great for what we were doing. Nice room. The only thing I didn’t like is it was raining and the water dripping on the ac outside was very noisy and kept us awake.

The hotel is very close to the hot spring. The staff are very informative on what is available in the area. And the shower is plumbed with hot spring water.

Cheap, simple getaway.
This is a hotel we have stayed in for several years. We love the huge 2 person tub that you can fill to the brim with hot spring water. The biggest downfall is the beds are terrible. They are very hard, and we woke up sore both days. They also had very few amenities. They had soap, lotion, 4 plastic cups, a mini fridge , a hair dryer and a microwave. They could spend a little more time cleaning and moving the furniture around to vacuum.

We have stayed her several times. The Home is a Lava Hot Springs staple, in a great location on the Main Street. Everything is walkable. The tub in our room was enormous and filled with the hot spring water so it was always hot.

Cute, cozy rooms. They left a chocolate bar for us for our anniversary. We love coming here

Motel is Old
Hotel was ok … it is aging and the walls are thin - can hear your neighbors- motel was full - had a couple with loud music playing right next to us into the early morning hours. People seem to not know what common courtesy is anymore. Won’t be going back.
