"The location is excellent, right next to the train station for easy day trips. There is some construction going on. The room was very comfortable and clean but may benefit from some minor updating. There was a fan and a portable air conditioner which we did not have to use. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"Great location very near the station. Excellent and very helpful staff- there was a problem with my booking but Maya very kindly helped me sort it out. Nice very clean room , which was quiet for such a central location in a city, because the hotel is situated in a quiet, pleasant side street, and very good and varied breakfast. Note that my room had a bath with a shower in it , not a walk in shower, which less mobile people might prefer, though there is a hand rail. Altogether I was very happy with my stay and hope to return."

"The staff service at the hotel was excellent from the arrival through to check out. We had a problem with the room with which we were initially provided, and were provided with an alternative, excellent room without any issues. Views of the lake from the room were beautiful."

"This hotel is more like a mini resort. The hotel and grounds are immaculately beautiful with top of the line updates to a historic building. The spa and pools are top tier and the gym is really well stocked for a hotel gym. Roof top restaurant has wonderful views and very good food. 10/10 would stay here again!"
