"Outstanding hotel with amazing staff. "

"Clean rooms but not much room for storage had to live mainly out of our suitcase. Staff were welcoming and friendly, Mustafa in the restaurant pampered to our every needs nothing was too much trouble. The Spa was great both my wife and I had Turkish baths and massages. Disappointed that the sun deck was under construction as this was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel as we like to swim in the sea. Although there were choices the food was never hot. "

"The hotel is centrally located, which is a big advantage. There are many shops nearby, making it very convenient for a short stay. Parking was available right in front of the hotel on the roadside, and I was able to find a spot بسهولة. The staff were helpful and assisted when needed. We booked two rooms, and both were very nice and clean. There was no noise disturbance, which made the stay comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean. Overall, the rooms were excellent—simple, but well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight. Although the photos might suggest a special breakfast setup, in reality it was a large buffet—and a very good one. There was a wide variety of items, including juices (real juices), and everything was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel also has a lift, which is always convenient."

"There was one double size duvet .Few thin throws . I asked receptionist to giveone duvet as my mum is old and she has diabetes. She was feeling cold they refused to give and they said just turn on the air -conditioner ,we don’t have any. She was uncomfortable at nights. The sink in the kitchen wasn’t clean . The cooker wasn’t working. Surprisingly they had used feminine pad on celling to stick the alarm . I have the video of it . We were in room 303. "
