The guesthouse is right across from Godfoss which makes it a very convenient place to stay and see the waterfall without really have to go out of your way. The rooms were clean and nice. There is no television in the rooms, but free wifi that was reliable. The workers at the house were very accommodating and breakfast was good. There is also a very friendly cat that waits at the guesthouse entry to greet the people during check-in.

Idyllischer Aufenthalt mit Nordlichtchance und

Sehr unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was wir gebraucht haben und war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen, man hat also gute Chancen Nordlichter zu sehen. In der Nähe befindet sich der Wasserfall Guldafoss.

Lovely little hotel just outside Akureyri and right across from Godafoss. Less than an hour drive to Myvatn Nature Baths. Great location, friendly innkeepers, good variety in the free breakfast. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this sweet farm hotel. It was positioned in a great spot that was close to everything we needed. It was so fun listening to the sheep bleating as we settled in for the night. The beds were comfy and there were so many thoughtful touches that made staying here delightful.

One of our favourite stays! Very close to Godafoss. The property is beautiful and quiet. Our room was very clean and blackout blinds were great! The shower was very nice. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and got a great tip from the wonderful lady working there to check out a waterfall which we did! And was a highlight! Don’t think twice about booking this place, you will not regret it!
