We found long dark hair in the bed sheets, like they weren’t changed. "Staff was very friendly, water never got hot though and that’s kinda a big thing with staying in a hotel it’s nice to have hot water"

"Very shady management. Checked in with no issues then about an hour later was told that hotels com called the hotel and cancelled my reservation. Which I found out later was not true. I was then told I would have to pay again in order to stay. That goodness hotels com refunded the money I was charged for my stay."
