Wasn't told of outside pool construction and pool being closed or the additional fee to use sauna. As 1/2 of the water based activities were not available guests should be given some perks. After traveling 11 hours to arrive...it was a huge let down.

No es un balneario. Es un aquapark.

Habitación pequeña sin balcón aunque con vistas. Bufet tanto de desayuno como de cena discreto. Thermana Park es solo un conjunto de piscinas para niños. No esperéis un balneario para adultos y para relajarse. No hay saunas ni baños turcos incluidos en el paquete termal. En Eslovenia hay termas con mejor relación calidad-precio.

Maximal Durchschnitt -

Ich hatte mich sehr auf ein Thermenhotel gefreut u war ziemlich enttäuscht. Zimmer schön groß- mit Balkon tolle Aussicht auf Fluss u Wald. Allerdings war die Freundlichkeit des Personal im Hotel eher mangelhaft. Lediglich beim Auschecken an der Rezeption gab es ein Lächeln u freundliche Bedienung, alle anderen besonderes im Service (Restaurant) definitiv nicht vorhanden. Der Sauna Bereich war ok allerdings nichts besonderes. Schade ich hatte mir mehr erwartet.

Sehr angenehmes entree!! Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer . Leider keinen eigenen und gesicherten liegebereich für Hotelgäste !! Am Samstag sehr überlaufen und kinderlastig! Infos nicht verständlich für Ausländer .abendbüffet leider ohne vorspeisenauswahl!!!!! Restbüffet mengenmäßig sehr gut.

Pool restaurant was closed 30 minutes before official closing, all chairs were on tables, staff was cleaning floor instead of doing their regular (restaurant) duty. All food was already removed, so all guests were not welcome there any more... Obviously staff do cleaning while restaurant is still open so they can go home as soon as possible.

Consigliato per il soggiorno termale

All'arrivo ho riscontrato che la camera non risultava prenotata da Expedia o dal loro ufficio interno. Il personale ci ha accolto comunque gentilmente offrendoci un drink nell'attesa di risolvere il problema. Ci hanno infine alloggiato in una camera arredata per disabili verso il fiume (lato migliore dell'albergo) che risulta essere un po' più grande ma con alcuni svantaggi per noi.

Oasi di relax

Hotel pulito, personale gentile, camere pulite e confortevoli. Ci si può rilassarsi nelle piscine interne e esterne, i vari idromassaggi e le saune. Buona la colazione, la cena non corrisponde a un quattro stelle italiano.

Ottimo pernottamento durante bell'evento a Lasko

Ottimo pernottamento durante il festival della Birra e Fiori di Lasko. Con il pernottamento si ha accesso per due giorni agli impianti di piscina termale. La stanza è molto grande e la colazione ottima
