"This is not my first time being here, but this is my first time with an experience. I will never forget I want to start off with the system being very Janky telling me my room was not ready when I pacifically said I’ll be here at a certain time I was here and the system kept saying, pending, pending pending, and finally when I came back, it was saying the same thing I decided to just go speak with someone to only notice that the room had been ready. Do not understand why the system kept telling me it was not that was my first issue. My second issue would be with the rule. The rule has not been dusted completely. If I can take my finger, rub it across the lamp shade, and the lamp and the tables and it’s dust. Therefore, the room was not clean properly. Secondly, there is the drawers issue when you close the drawer and it opens automatically by themselves again the drawers would not stay closed thoroughly the outlets in the room. My phone will not stay in the wall outlet. The only way I could charge my phone was hooking it to the TV because every wall outlet and the lamp outlets were very loose and my phone charger would not charge my phone. This is something that I have never experienced here and this would totally be the last time for me sadly but not least to say."
