Didn't lile having to move to a different hotel. But is was nicer. We were woken up early morning by contractor tearing apart motel. Should get refunded for room. Thought that expedia was going to make a great trip for us. But unhappy with the motel have pics of door gap and mold in bathroom.was not a nice place to stay. But palace station was nice should have been there day one
Everything it’s good if you are looking just for a place to crash and not get nothing fancy. But I didn’t like you have to pay extra $20 dlls for amenities as game machines, laundry, denny’s inside, etc either you used them or not. Actually we are paying extra just for them to afford that I don’t know
The Denny's restaurant food was so greasy, the worst. Slot machine choices were wack. Sportsbook didn't open till 10am. Chaeged $5 for a liter of water only to go across the street to purchase 2 liters for $3.50. No staff members ever asked how was my stay, and only the cleaning personnel smiled.

The staff were wonderful. The rooms do need a huge deep clean. The floors were sticky and discolored. The walls need to be stripped, cleaned of tobacco smoke, and repainted. Not enough outlets. If you're on the street side of the hotel you will witness women working the streets. Even in the morning. The pool and spa were amazing though!

Front desk Staff very friendly, helpful and accomodating. TV wasn't working (turned on but tv wouldn't work) so we had to call front desk and a technician came to room and had to fix it. Technician was excellent and nice.

This is the worst place ever. I literally left same night. Checked in at 4pm. Left to a game and back to the room by 1030pm. Left by 11pm. The mattress had blood stains. White stains I didnt even know what it was. Ridiculous 2nd hand smoke everywhere. Carpet stains. Nothing positive to say at all. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Nice overall, needs more custumization simplicity.
The hotel was nice wanted more customization on whether or not to keep items and furniture in room or even move the items. Would be nice if they had a ceiling light instead of only relying on lamps for lighting, a lot of hotels are similar.
