"In a better world, this property would have gotten a much better rating- the problem was this: I paid $650 (that is more than $200/night!) for a room that when I arrived did NOT have a window; did NOT have electrical sockets to charge my devices, did NOT have a desk or counter to place items such as my laptop for work or minibar, coffee machine, cleaning service- none of this was mentioned on Expedia when I booked! I was then offered an "upgrade" to a better room, wch I accepted & it was in fact nicer- the problem!!- an upgrade, unless stated otherwise, means one is being offered an "upgrade" at no additional cost so imagine my surprise when I was billed an additional $650 w/o any explanation!! In the real world, when an airline or hotel offers an upgrade, they don't charge double w/o any explanantion so No, not at all happy- no room in this hotel is worth over $400/nite; in fact, no room in Tobolobampo is worth that much, esp when one walks the street the hotel is on. Very disappointed in its business practice & unless I get a full refund, they should consider it lucky that I gave them the rating they received."

"Parking was very weĺl set up gor out needs. We are hauling personal and household goods back to BC from Puerto Vallarta,with a small trlr. The manager came out and found my husband the peefect place to back in so the trlr would be less noticeable or accessible. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the ac worked just fine "

"The front desk staff were helpful. In our room, there was dark hair on the floor and on the bed. There were several bugs / beatles running around on the floor. The air conditioning was so noisy that we couldn’t run it. We use the ceiling fan instead. The door was in very poor condition with layers peeling off. Our room was smelly. There’s a restaurant on site that offers fine dining options and some lesser fare choices. I ordered the Tuna, advertised as sushi grade. It was overcooked, dry and tough. I sent it back and they took it off our bill. My partner had a burger and fries. The fries were very greasy. Outside of our room there were clumps of hair and dirt on the sidewalk. There was ample parking. "

"Location is unbeatable, but hotel is pretty outdated both exterior and interior. "

"It was a nice stay the rooms were cleanned and the serve breakfast at an additonal cost. Everything was near by."

"Room was very clean , beds comfy, great safe parking.. Some of office staff was not that friendly. Tried to ask a bit more for dogs than what hotel site stated . But it got worked out ok. The food in onsite restaurant is good , we have returned here many times and will continue"
