Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, we had lots of pillows, the morning crew (maintenance, front desk and breakfast server) were friendly and kind. We were unaware that they had sleds and toys for White Sands available for loan. The breakfast area was non-stop busy on Sunday morning. Food was replenished quickly and spills/messes were cleaned up immediately. Great job!

Got an early check in which worked for my 15 month old daughter. Upon arrival to the third floor getting off the elevator you could smell cigarette smoke. Which is crazy because the hotel is smoke free. The pool was super cold like I could not take my daughter swimming. The breakfast was good they had a lot of variety. Day two of my stay you could smell cigarettes. All in all it was a good stay staff was nice.
