"My stay at Sveltos Residence was truly a home away from home. I wanted a relaxed, comfortable place to unwind—and I got exactly that. I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented, just beautifully presented. The furniture was high quality and tastefully chosen. They provide information about models of transportation and which bus to take and the bus stop to use. The staff were very kind and friendly. We had a very beautiful experience with our stay. "The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive."
