1. Not enough elevators, it takes close to 15 mins each time to go up or down, 2. Water pressure for shower is so low it took twice as long to take a shower. Terrible 3. Asked for something they said they will send it but no one e er showed up. Over all experience poor.

El cuarto tiene 3 outlets para conectar el celular con USB y los 3 no funcionaban. La cafetera en el cuarto estaba desconectada y no llega el largo del cable para poder conectarla y hacer un cafe. El estacionamiento cuesta $10 dlls y a la hora de salir me tarde 20 min hasta que una persona vino a abrirme la pluma.

El hotel y la habitación estaban impecable, Beatriz la Sra encargada de arreglar nuestro cuarto fue muy amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las recepcionistas siempre estuvieron muy atentas y nos explicaron los amenities del hotel. El personal del restaurante muy amables y lo mejor teníamos parqueadero gratis
