We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive customer service — it really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano . Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged. Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles Nest and in the hotel . Everyone is caring good listener, helpful. They all smile at you The hotel could have been nice . It’s has the resort aura but when I saw infront of it was gasoline station First impression was I made a mistake. Accessibility to every where you want to go is a plus.

The property is kind of old but clean and the room is roomy. The staff are super nice. The food at the restaurant is good. I think the only drawback is the limited parking space because the hotel is infront of a gas station.
