"I enjoyed my stay! Very happy with the room cleanliness "

"Everything was great aside from not getting any housekeeping. I was specifically asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay and I said yes please. My trash was never emptied so I set it outside my door and it sat in the hallway all weekend, along with other hotel guest’s trash. That part was frustrating but the hotel was really overall fantastic! Front desk staff were super nice as well! Parking was easy and close to the front door."

"Our room 426 was very tidy but had stains on the sofa. One of the cushions was totally torn with stuffing coming out of it. The white comforters had stains on them as well. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast nook were outstanding! The housekeepers at 8:30 in the morning were yelling at each other between floors. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but if anyone was trying to rest in, this could of been very distracting."

"My complaint was that the hotel was under renovation and pool closed for renovations. We were never informed of this at booking"

"Woke up at midnight to the room next to me arguing for an hour. Not quiet at all. I was directly above the Front desk. It was loud all night! I let the bathroom fan run all night, just to block out the noise."

"Front desk staff was rude during check in and overcharged me for the room. Online rate was 144, she charged me 244 and said the rate listed online was incorrect, refused to adjust. It was late after a horse show so we don’t have time to locate another hotel. Rooms are outdated, spring mattress on pull out couch was terrible. "

"Great stay at the Hilton in Lansing, Michigan. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
