"It was great, we loved it!"

"I love the layout of the rooms. I've stayed at Rivers multiple times and I have had a different room every time. So far they are all amazing and amazing views. The one thing that I didn't like was all the dust build up in the lighting"

"I loved everything from the staff to the rooms. I highly recommend. Most places have horrible breakfasts. This Best Western had good food."

"Clean room, staff was great."

"We were able to get an early check in even though they were slammed and the staff were friendly and gracious!"

"great location, free shuttles to stadiums, a ss coffee"

"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking in the garage was simple and right on site. Room was clean as expected. My only issue (which isn't really a hotel issue) but the noise outside. We stayed on Halloween weekend, and the city is just loud in that area all throughout the night. Otherwise, great place to stay"

"Sucks"

"We loved the room, but it could use a couple of additional items. An extra mirror, it's impossible to get ready for an event when 2 people are getting ready with one mirror. And a high hook to hang clothes for prepping and steaming. Otherwise it was all very nice. Breakfast could use more protein and fresh fruit, but it still was abundant in other items."

"was super nice but they don’t clean the rooms every single day and they only replace the towels i know many places do the clean ever 3 days but i still had a good experience here.. would definitely be back"

"The property was clean and staff was nice."
