"Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned."

"A lovely hotel and lovely staff. Great location. We are in the bar and food was excellent as well. There was a slight hiccup on our arrival due to a delayed ferry but the staff couldn't do enough for us after that. We will definitely return and recover.mend it to anyone"

"Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%"

"The location of the Norfolk Arms in Arundel is great. Coffee shops, restaurants and the castle itself are all a short walk away. However, I can see that the rooms could get stuffy in the summer as the windows only open about 6 inches and there is noise as guests come and go from the rooms in the courtyard building. The simple reason why I would not stay here again; the bed pillows are the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. They were hard and flat with minimal filling. I placed a sweater inside...
