"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "The jolly harbor, was a excellent choice, just what I need beautiful resort with a beautiful beach, staff was superb they went out and beyond to make feel to your needs, the bartender at poolside was very polite with her smile, my night bartender at night was very helpful when ask questions about islands got a little history than you Remel , thank you to bellboy pleasant young man… thank you staff for make my birthday week memorable. I will surely recommend"

"We loved our stay at Hawksbill. The food was excellent for an AI property. The king bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a garden view room, mini fridge stocked with drinks (2 beers, 2 OJ's, 2 cokes, 2 sprites and 2 waters) and room cleaned daily. The beaches on the property were top notch. The infinity pool was beautiful. The reef in front of beach is thriving and teaming with fish. Bring your own mask/snorkle/fins or get them free from the activities hut. There were enough chairs/palapas for everyone. Bring chair clips for your beach towels provided. Free use of kayaks and sup boards as well. Bring your own water bottles/Yeti/Stanley to use for water coolers and bar;)"

"Overall we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a Gauguin Suite, which felt more like a private villa than a hotel room. Having a secluded backyard and plunge pool was a huge plus and made the stay feel very intimate and relaxing. The beach is absolutely beautiful and easily one of the resort's biggest highlights. The food was surprisingly good. Since meals are made to order rather than sitting under heat lamps at a buffet, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The drinks were ok, although pretty much what you'd expect from an all-inclusive Caribbean resort. That said, this is not the type of resort you come to if you're looking to party. Galley Bay is all about relaxation, reconnecting with your significant other, and enjoying a slower pace of life. The evening entertainment is usually a live band playing music rather than the typical high-energy resort productions. Everything is very low-key and laid back. One thing to note is that the resort itself is fairly small. You can walk from one end to the other in about 10 minutes, which we liked but if you're looking for a massive property with endless activities, this may not be the place. My only real criticism is that some of the staff seemed a bit uninterested at times. Nobody was rude but we didn't experience the exceptionally warm service that many Caribbean resorts are known for. We didn't notice many guests tipping, so unlike other places the staff is not tip motivated."
