"Brilliant staff and hotel, first morning there was a couple screaming the place down arguing below us at 6:30 am but that is out of the hotels control, staff and hotel was fantastic we will be back again first time here"

"The room was clean, well decorated and spacious. We appreciated the drinks and biscuits available in the room on arrival. The entertainment was not to our liking it wasn't appealing to a young family. Breakfast was ok I would have preferred hash browns to potatoes. We had a lovely break away but would look for somewhere closer to the busier parts in future as it was a lot of walking. Overall we had a great time 7/10"

"I could pick flaws if I really wanted to but, overall, this place was fantastic. Dated rooms but they're in decent order and clean. The decor downstairs is really nice and the gardens and views are stunning. Nice little touches too like a pianist at dinner time and a birds of prey demo after breakfast. We saw a deer and pheasants in the gardens in the morning"
