Hampton by Hilton Blackpool

"Beautiful place to stay, the accessible room wasn’t equipped as well for example for bathroom. No where to put items to wash and shower. The drainage wasn’t great it flooded half the bathroom. Only one lift and we needed to walk so far to the room. Very slightly tight to enter the room with a wheelchair. Mattress on bed was very soft for someone with mobility issues. Otherwise a pleasurable stay, near the tram for transport into the town and attractions. Breakfast was amazing and Brandon was so helpful, welcoming member of staff."

"Great hotel. Great staff. Great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice, hot and tasty. The pool area was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant. Food was good. Good atmosphere. Overall a great couple of days away."

"Considering the reputation that surrounds Norbreck Castle, I have to say I was genuinely impressed. I found the hotel to be fantastic and would definitely consider staying again. Our room was basic, but for what we paid, I honestly didn’t expect anything more. It was clean, we had fresh towels and all the usual tea, coffee and condiments provided, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was brilliant, with the tram stop literally right outside the hotel, making it really easy to get into Blackpool. Parking was also only £3 for 24 hours, which I thought was excellent value. We only stayed for one night and I certainly wasn’t expecting much in terms of entertainment, but the cabaret was absolutely fantastic! The four young adults who I believe were part of the entertainment team were amazing. Having been an entertainer myself in the past, I was genuinely blown away by their energy, talent and professionalism. They really made the evening and were a credit to the hotel. The bar prices were also much cheaper than in Blackpool itself, which was another pleasant surprise. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay. Sometimes you have to experience somewhere for yourself rather than judge it by its reputation, and for us, Norbreck Castle was a really positive experience. I would definitely visit again!"

"Extremely spacious, well equipped clean rooms except a couple of the window areas. External stairwell had a lot of flying insects which was off putting (assume attracted inside from woods to the lights)"

"Nice hotel. Great seating outside on the lake and in conservatory- would be better if more seating in conservatory. Pub/bar area itself is very dark and dingy. Seats outside the bar area were nice but not enough - some of the drinks were dear -£16 for a large wine! Food in brasserie was nice and staff nice too. Parking free at the hotel and very close to the lake boats snd train. Lovely place near the lake and would stay there again if in area."
