"The first impression of this condo was that it has incredible ocean views from all front windows and patio doors. Large lanais off both living room and master bedroom that has the king bed. Wonderful outdoor tiled patio off other bedroom that has the two twin beds that is perfect for outdoor yoga for one to two people. "View from condo of the Kapalua bay was excellent! Parking and

access were good, area serene and peaceful. Walking and hiking trails nearby but not walkable to stores/dining. Not clean, musty odor, dead bugs on carpet, toilet flush not working, maintenance/ customer service v poor response- no communication! Overall good condition but not updated since the 70s! That soured the experience. TVs don’t work either."
