"I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Apart from the beautiful environment and facilities, the thing that makes it stand out the most is the staff and the attention to detail. The staff go out of their way to make your stay feel like luxury - many little freebie extras keep turning up as delightful surprises and everyone is amazingly friendly and genuine. "Used to be an amazing nice hotel and In immaculate condition when it was run by Les Meridian. We had stayed there multiple times pre-COVID. Now it’s looking very dated, nothing to do in the hotel (they used to run little events- cooking lessons etc..). Now there’s really nothing to do there. The beach front is dirty and full of litter, plastic and dead fish. This small beach area in front of the hotel used to be cleaned regularly and this is no longer the case. "Friendly staff. Beautiful view. Food at the hotel was nice and some other restaurants within walking distance. Some much needed tranquility. Only down side this time (I've stayed before) was some guests hogging sun beds and not using them. "

"From the welcome, to the massages, to the pool, to the departure, everything was great. This property is a short drive away from Lamai which has a number of bars and restaurants but less crazy than Chaweng. Being out of the way a little bit meant that it felt more relaxed and the upkeep of the property was up there with the best. Breakfast to the room each morning and a daily massage to make you feel totally relaxed. I highly recommend "

"I love this place. It’s very clean, bed is comfortable, staffs are friendly. Stayed here with a toddler, the hotel is family friendly. Short walking distance to Lamai street market is a plus. We stayed for 5 nights, and can easily stayed for 3 weeks. I will definitely return to this hotel. I usually get bad allergy from mold or dampness, and I never took my allergy medicine while staying at this hotel, because the room was spotless clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
