I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. "My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good service. During breakfast, my partner had to wait almost half an hour just to get plates and cutlery, even after reminding the staff multiple times. It was frustrating to see such basic service being ignored. Another major inconvenience was the hotel phone system. It barely worked, and when we tried calling the concierge several times to request luggage assistance, no one answered the phone. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend spending thousands of rupees at this hotel. There are several other hotels nearby that offer far better service and a much more luxurious experience for guests."
