I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. The property is beautiful, and the staff did a wonderful job with cleaning daily. The only suggestion I have is that they need to invest in better bath towels. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels if you are visiting anytime soon.
