"Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and waffle maker both days we were there. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had two rooms - one was a pet friendly room and all was good with both. Location is a quick trip to UF if you’re looking for a more budget friendly option for UF activities."

"Our stay at this hotel was by far one of the lowest I have ever rated. We waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was still other peoples hair on the walls as well as the towels that also had particles of God knows what and also hair stuck on the towels which was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping only came by once to take one of the towels, not even bothered to replace anything or add a new roll of toilet paper which was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. To make matters worse, there was dog piss in one of the elevators that REEKED and as we’re checking out it was still there just dried up so they didn’t even bother to clean it. But what can you expect from a hotel in a small town?"
