"I was very impressed by how clean the property was. The staff was kind and the rooms were spacious."

"The staff is exceptionally corteous and helpful."

"Very clean and organized, breakfast was good"

"I chose the Clarion because it was right off of I-4. I needed my hotel to be in-between MCO and St pete for the World Series to make my morning flight traffic free. The hotel was very clean. It has a microwave and a refrigerator and a luggage rack to bring everyone's belongings to the room. There were 3 of us. The shower was meh, not much pressure, not too little, it did its purpose.messed, Thr beds were comfortable ( i forgot to look at the mattress bramd). The breakfast needs some help (...

"Very old and run down. The rooms smelled of musty mildew. Would definitely not recommend"

"I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. From front staff having to wait about 20 minutes to be checked in. She was not apologetic at all. O customer service. The TV did not work! The bed was sleeping on springs. With 2 flat pillows and a fridge full of rust. Worst stay experience."

"The pictures are definitely deceiving. The property is dirty, especially the stairwells, cobwebs everywhere. They try to mask the smell with fabuloso. The pool is not heated, as per advertised. The pool was dirty and someone that has been staying there a while said no one has cleaned it in almost a week, although the receptionist said the pool guy “clocks in every day and cleans it.” Our first room was dingy, had no curtains, the bathroom sink was peeling and the floor was stinky. We were moved...

"My third time staying there and always my go to for Lakeland. Great accommodation. Comfy bed and good facilities. Breakfast is good as well. Particularly liked the spinach and cheese muffins. Plenty of parking. Will definitely return for my next visit"
