Close to town and lake but in a new suburban area which was very peaceful. Brooke responded promptly to all our questions and made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was very spacious. It was nice having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The views on either side of the apartment were stunning. Everything was in great condition, including the knives which were all sharp. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge help. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see the stars right from the back garden. We were disappointed when we had to leave at the end of our stay. We wished we could've spent more time here.

Nice stay a short walk from town

The apartments are in a small block about fifteen minutes walk from Tekapo town centre. Although they are up hill from the lake there was no view, at least not from the ground floor apartments. Reception was quick, efficient and friendly, although there was no one on site over the weekend should any problem have occurred. The apartments are near-new, and were spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quieter, apartment-style stay.

Gorgeous view from the bedroom, the check in was extremely well organised since we arrived a bit after hrs or after we said we will be there, the apartment was in mint condition, kitchen equipped with all necessary to cook breakfast, lunch or diner, we absolutely loved our stay there and would like to come back again.

Was a beautiful apartment! Hayden was great, very willingly to help at anytime. It was warm and the bathtub was huge and such a nice addition. The bed was super comfortable and all the amenities were easy to use, clean and everything we needed

Ideally situated for our needs. Within walking distance of the village. Hayden was very helpful on check in giving good directions to all amenities. Personally showed us around our accommodation, a really lovely thing to do. After a busy day doing the Hooker Valley Trail it was lovely to be able to relax in comfortable surroundings. There was no signal for the TV, this may be a problem for some people, however, we were able to sign into our Netflix account so enjoyed that instead. A really lovely stay, thank you.

Nice apartment and location at Lake Tekapo. Very clean and spacious place and the compendium was handy which had all the restaurant menus and local map of landmarks. Great smart tv which also had sky sports. There was Low light pollution so we were able to see the stars from the backyard. We can’t wait to come back to Lake Tekapo.

Helpful staff

The two bedroom apartment is very large and comfortable for 3 people. Kitchen is equipped well for light cooking. Great balcony. The standout experience was with Hayden, the concierge. When he saw our 6’ son, he immediately offered to remake the second bedroom into a king bed. He offered helpful hints on things to do and see. Thanks Hayden!

Hamish was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made and was always available to answer any questions we had. The apartments themselves are beautifully kept, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The views are simply breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the lake and surrounding mountains. Everything we needed was easily accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the best part the Apartments are in Dark Sky protected area and the stargazing as s result is phenomenal. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend Tekapo Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Nice apartment but sound insulation is poor

The apartment is nice and clean. However I cannot say it was a very pleasant stay as the noises from the guests upstairs. We stayed in the ground floor and we could hear the footsteps and the loud noises from upstairs in our bedroom, from 7am in the morning and late at night :(.

The apartment looks like new. The owner provided all the amenities we need for our stay. The official check in time is from 3 pm. We drove from Queenstown to Tekapo lake and arrived to the apartment around 2 pm. I sent a message a day earlier to the property manager about our early arrival. We were be able to check in upon arrival. We are very grateful for having the ability to get in and leave our luggage in the apartment so we can go to hike in the mountains behind the village right after. There are washer and dryer in the apartment that is very convenient for us since we have been in a two weeks vacation, and definitely need to wash our clothes. Both Ray and Tiff were very nice and friendly to us and we truly appreciate their hospitality.
