Great Family Get Away in Tahoe

Very cute house in Tahoe, just too bad I picked a time when there was no snow on the ground. It snowed the day we left. This place had everything we needed and is fully stocked. The hot tub was great and was used 2 times a day. One of the burners on the stove didn't work which made it hard when cooking, but we made due. Also, the hot tub cover holder was broken but we had 2 strong guys that were able to pull it on and off, but could be a problem if you are not strong. We had so much fun here and hope to stay again. The owner takes great pride in their place and you can tell they want their guests to be happy. Using the TV with all the remotes was easy for us, although it could be difficult for the technically challenged. Great Place overall, will stay again.

Not happy with the properity and Management

We had a horrible experience at this propriety, cleaning was below par, we found a used condom in the master bedroom, no heating in master bedroom it got awfully cold in there. Holes in the carpet where my kids tripped couple time. Downstairs bathroom sink had standing water. The BBQ in picture was gas, but at the property it was coal, and ruined the cooking experience. When complained they gave us an option to stay in the same property for free, for a night, only if we paid for the second night, I paid over 1000 for two stay and will never pay again to stay in this property.
