"There were three gals at the lobby desk. One checked us in. I will stop at this point and stay they all were rude, I felt like I should not have bothered them. One young lady later actually raised her voice cause I didn’t have the hold ticket given to my partner at check in, our room was not ready. No “May I help you”, no smile, no greeting! Now there was a man on second shift who was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Your concession room was great and so helpful. Good luck on your remolding, you might to revamp the front desk personnel!"

"We truly enjoyed Solè Miami. Although it is a hotel, it definitely felt like a resort. My husband and I came here as a belated Anniversary trip. It was definitely worth it and the perfect spot to reconnect. The intimate beach access (complimentary towels, sunscreen, lounge chairs, and large umbrella) feels like a private beach. Very relaxing. The on-site beach waiters were attentive. Loved the Caesar salad and chicken quesadillas. Light and tasty. We booked the Ocean View Suite and the view was to die for. Room was very clean and room service was very thorough ( Roselyn serviced our room and she was amazing)The room was huge and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking pans & utensils to chef it up in your room. The dishwasher was a great help. I would still suggest Baleen Restaurant because their food was great.. Try the Steak Frites + shrimp (delicious). We are looking forward to returning in the near future. "

"Clearly the hotel doesn’t know why Las Vegas is crashing. It’s coming to Fort Lauderdale! Fees. Fees. Fees. After a 30 minute line up to check in we were offered the pleasure of a $50 USD “Early Check in Fee” OR if we were lucky enough to book online the extra fee would have been only $30. PLUS if you had anything delivered to the hotel, be prepared to pay an (unadvertised) extra $5 fee PER PACKAGE! When I asked where that fee was published - I got a blank stare. It’s not. Parking? Extra fees Airport shuttle? Extra fees Cruise shuttle? Extra fees No luggage carts. No fees for that. Several ice machines broken. No fees for that. Shower in the bathroom leaked persistently. No fees for that. If you’re spending $350 USD a night for a hotel. You should expect better. "

"The rooms have been updated over the year and they are quite comfortable. The staff remain extremely helpful. We would encourage anyone getting on a cruise to use this as their overnight before or after a cruise."

"Great stay. Second time we have stayed at this resort. Close walk to restaurants and shops wonderful sunny pool area and beach amenities. Valet parking was great but also easy to find street parking if you want to just pop in and out quickly but it’s not overnight. Lovely seating areas all around lobby. We had a room with a full kitchen which was great. A grill on the patio would be a wonderful addition. Daily housekeeping was great to have also."
