Access to Whiteface and the view of the mountain were great but my room was filthy. Shower wasn’t cleaned and had soap all over shelves, toilet had been used when I got there, carpet was rough and the beds were pretty bad. If you are looking for down and dirty and cheapish, this might be for you.

Our family stayed here on a ski trip to Whiteface. The hotel is across the street from the mountain and is a great base camp, especially when you’re skiing with kids and have a lot to prep/do to get ready! We were here during a very large snow storm and the driveway was plowed and accessible even with the constant snow dumping! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice base camp away and will spending most of your time outdoors. Beautiful view of the mountain!

I We’re still here but the staff has been great! We came in late at night because of the storm and they stayed up waiting for us. Very thoughtful and a much welcomed oasis in the storm. The room was warm and clean when we arrived, couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Lovely little no frills motel. The room was clean, the staff, while minimal, was pleasant and helpful. Incredible view of the mountain. Quiet area, a bit of a drive to lake placid and restaurants (25ish mins or so). Very dated though. Most outlets didnt have grounding (two prongs), peeling paint and wallpaper, old and lumpy matress. It is an economical choice, though, and id stay again.

We had an amazing three-night stay at Ledgerock Lodge. From the start, Mr. Rogger and his son made us feel right at home, like part of the family. The view from our balcony was incredible, looking out at the Whiteface Mountains and the beautiful fall colors. Evenings by the campfire were so relaxing, and Mr. Rogger joined us for a chat, which made the experience even better. Our kids had a blast, especially with the cozy outdoor setup and the grill where we cooked fresh groceries. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made our stay special. We’re definitely coming back for ski season!

The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.
