"The location of property was excellent. Creek was awesome. Bow valley parkway was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For kitchen and shower room they had all amenities you needed. On the other hand, our room is 33 cannot reach wifi but you can walk outside closer to lobby to use it. And shower from second floor can leak to bedroom downstair a little. "

"The shuttle service to Lake Louise was key. The rooms are a bit dated & there wasn’t a mini fridge or many dining options. We tried to eat at the pub, but after sitting at the bar for over 10 minutes (there were five other customers) we never got waited on, so left & went to this diner-like place in the shopping plaza next door to eat. All the other employees at the property were extremely curteous & helpful, though."

"Parking good. V. Small pool, hardly worth visiting. Room clean but not maintained daily. We had an issue with booking (our error) but between expedia and the hotel we ended up paying for three nights when we we only my stayed for two. The hotel were unwilling to respond to expedias request to adjust our booking following the mistake. Disappointed that the hotel values making a profit over customer satisfaction."

"There are full options of home facilities, fast to check in and friendly staff with a nice advices. The location quit far from Lake Louis but if you have a car there is no problem but good things are near Castle mountain and Jonhton Canyon, mid way from banff and Lake Louise. I really like here so much."

"Old timey cabins. Wood burning fireplace makes it more cozy. Old claw foot tub with shower. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with homemade danish and pastries. Coffee ready early morning. Beautiful view."
