"The location of property was excellent. Creek was awesome. Bow valley parkway was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For kitchen and shower room they had all amenities you needed. On the other hand, our room is 33 cannot reach wifi but you can walk outside closer to lobby to use it. And shower from second floor can leak to bedroom downstair a little. "

"The location of the hotel is lovely, there is a free shuttle service from the carpark which is helpful. The rooms are dated and in need of updating - some aspects of the room appear to not have been updated for a long time and show lots of visible signs of wear. some of the staff were lovely - one of our shuttle drivers was excellent and gave us more information about the hotel than the front desk staff. we spent two evenings in the bar and unfortunately the atmosphere was not great....
