"The room I checked into was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, bugs on the pillows, blood on the hairdryer, the tile floors in the bathroom were not grouted down so they were sticking up and sharp, the a/c blew warm moldy smelling air, and there were questionable stains all over the couch and walls. When I confronted the front desk and asked to cancel my reservation, she said “well did YOU use the room?” Suggesting that I had placed bugs on pillows, and hair in the tub! She had literally seen me wheel my luggage up to the room 1 minute prior to contacting them. Terrible experience. "

"Pet payment is cash only. The room wasn’t exactly clean. I had to go ask for a remote to the tv and there was no crib available. Also the ac in the room can’t be changed so we woke up ever time it kicks on and off. Not the best night sleep under the conditions and I don’t think it was worth the $150 plus cash for the dog that we paid. "

"The lady at the front desk was not friendly. She didn’t even greet us and barely even talked to us while checking in and out. The room had no trash can to throw away anything. The pillows are too thin for my liking. The tub looked nasty. I know they are renovating but the room looked like it was already renovated. The toilet paper holder was loose and kept moving. "

"The room was clean but skimpy on amenities in the room and breakfast bar. No tissue, very skimpy on towels, and toiletries. The breakfast bar has no syrup for waffles, very little juice and there was no coffee left at 8:30am and the breakfast bar closes at 9am. I won’t stay here again as it’s not priced lower despite skimpy amenities plus no one manning the breakfast bar. "

"It was very quiet at night. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and made sleep very easy. The hot food was wonderful and i especially loved the fresh ground coffee. It was super delicious. The hot tub was nice and so was the pool."

"Sweet staff. Room was clean and great for our needs. My only complaint was the TV. Would not work. Called the front desk and they walked me through to make sure remote was working. Remote batteries were pretty beat up and the back kept falling off. The TV would not change channels. Gave up and turned off."
