We were in town for a quick weekend visit with family, so we only needed a place to sleep. The room was very basic. The carpet and armchair looked dirty and worn and could definitely use replacing. The bathroom was quite small, and there weren't enough towels and linens provided for our family of four. On a positive note, the staff was polite and friendly during check-in, which made the arrival process smooth.

The only thing I liked about this place was that the suite had two points of entry, bedroom and living room but still connected in the inside with a door that was nice. Floors were dirty, not swept or mopped. Staff was helpful called them for toilet paper and they brought it to our room. Parking is awful limited parking for watercraft, other vehicles taking parking spaces that were designed for watercraft.

We have stayed here several times. Free breakfast is one of the best for a motel. We stayed 3 days. No maid service for those days so we did need to empty the trash. Wil stay again when in the lake havasu area.

Nice large room at a reasonable rate. Close to attractions and dining. Limited menu on site but very good. Front desk very helpful. Debbie went out of her way to help me with a booking problem that wasn’t the hotels fault. If you are looking for an affordable option in Lake Havasu this is a good option

Staff were lovely and welcoming, hotel rooms are tired, towels are thin. Breakfast was ok.
