Overall for the price we paid during the time we went, the value was excellent. Friendly helpful staff, very clean, a small nice playground, a pool (too cold to use ). The reason i didn’t give it 5 star : breakfast was grab and go (juice, milk, coffee, fig bars), bed was sagging, sound insulation between units can be better.

Although the listing stated that breakfast was included, the options provided were limited to coffee, juice, apples, and fig bars. This hardly qualifies as breakfast and was quite disappointing. The room was reasonably clean, and the free parking and location were acceptable. However, greater transparency about what “breakfast included” actually means would have been appreciated. Overall, the stay was average at best and nothing particularly memorable.

Nice room. The pool was nice and so was the fire pit. We did have a toilet that ran the whole time. The breakfast included was only juice and a granola bar. So if you are looking for a place with breakfast included, you won’t be getting it here.

Comfortable Beds, Nice Staff and great pool. The rooms are out dated and the walls in our room we're nasty with marks and stains, sweaty greasy hand prints. Carpeted floors were also unpleasant. Great location. If the rooms were updated and cleaned properly. It would be a 4 star hotel for Lake George.
