Wonderful location with stunning views and vistas. All staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurants were decent, with Chophouse probably being our best choice. Grand Cafe food is ok but probably a little overpriced for the quality. The rooms are clean and spacious but have poor noise insulation. We had a family with small kids next door and could hear everything, with the kids waking up at 6am and waking us up also. The spa also felt a little dated when compared to places like Kohler. The pool was fun and a decent size. Will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommend it!

This experience was top notch. Everything for a great getaway is located right on hotel grounds. Whether it be dining, fine dining, swimming(both indoor and outdoor pools), golf, relaxation salons....it's all right there. If you're staying on a Sunday over the summer months, you're treated to a spectacular fireworks show. This is all aside from what Lake Geneva has to offer.

Rooms are very comfortable and updated. Staff was all incredibly helpful and very friendly. Used the outdoor pool on 2 different days and it was comfortable and clean. Great patio space with comfortable chairs and a really nice outdoor bar. Lots to do on the property. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t even get to do everything!

Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing.

Amazing resort all-round for our dogs and for my wife and me. Expansive walking and trails around the property and beautiful lake views for all over the property; and very close to downtown Lake Geneva, which is a great way to spend a day around the lake, at the beach, and eating or visiting shops (and is very dog-friendly itself). Resort has plenty of dining spots - we loved the Italian restaurant, and the cafe for grabbing afternoon coffee and s’mores packs for evening desserts by the outdoor fire pits. Also highly recommend the grand lounge option, they had a good breakfast spread and free alcoholic drinks and desserts in the evening We also had a great time at the fitness and spa center, with tennis, swimming, spa massages and indoor rock climbing. Didn’t get to the outdoor pool this time but eager to do so next time Staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful Highly recommend the property

Amazing resort grounds! A bit confusing to navigate, but the front desk agent helped give us directions. Room was great (updated and clean), pool was a good temperature, and room service food was amazing. The lobby was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The large bar was gorgeous and the restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here even if it is a bit on the pricey side.
