I liked how nice the staff was and the taste of the breakfast food. I didn't like: 1. No drinking water in breakfast area. 2. Very dusty in room and common area. 3. Toilet in room was very short and smelled bad. 4. Metal stopper broken in bathtub. 5. Caulking near bathtub and around basin loose.

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful. They had the best breakfast I've ever had from a hotel. Only complaint is that I wish the coffee was stronger.

Our king suite was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Most of the suite was very nice and fairly recently updated. The older large garden, jetted tub was a bit awkward to shower in. Don’t think the air conditioning in the bedroom was working properly, it was damp and had a musty smell. Breakfast was the average hotel spread. Overall, a nice, clean and comfortable stay.

Had to change room on first night. First staff lady said she couldn't change room. Next staff, Andrew, was nice enough to change it to #304. Room (#111) smelled moldy, and had a portable, loud dehumidifier in room. Also, there was a nightly meeting in the room directly across from it. Front desk staff after that issue, was not friendly. Pool water was cloudy, not clean enough to use. Hot breakfast was the same every day. The kitchen attendant was very nice, and very good at her job.

I was disappointed of my room because look different then on the photos. I booked king room with jetted bathtub, on the photos bathtub was next to bed and everything look more cozy. I got room where bathtub was in bathroom. I like swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was basic but OK.
