"This was a charming little hotel. Staff weee very helpful. Room was a bit small but nice enough. The ability to open the window was very nice. Breakfast was really good - had the best cappuccino ever!"
"Perfect location facing Lake Como. Clean rooms. Staff were pleasant and professional. Very small elevators 😀..so used the stairs. Breakfast each day was included which was ok as the selection was the same for the 5 days we were there. Still recommended. Great location."
"Initial thought was a bit worrisome bc the hotel was on the edge of the lake. Worried I couldn’t find parking, no sidewalks, worried we could not get to town. However, staff was so kind and gave us maps, directions, and step by step directions on how to navigate around town. Actually quite easy! Love the view of the lake from our balcony, breakfast was amazing, room so clean and everything felt so safe.

Staff is very nice and helpful. I need to catch the train in the morning. The staff helps to open the breakfast line earlier than usual. Plus, there is a variety of breakfast.

"Ein schönes Hotel mit renoviertem Zimmer und tollem Ausblick über den See. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, im Poolbereich allerdings nur, wenn man ins Hotel ging und etwas bestellte. Sonst leider dort kein aufmerksamer Service. Der Poolbereich mit Liegen ist klein aber fein, leider zum öffentlichen Lokal nicht durch Sichtschutz abgegrenzt. Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar und jeden Tag das selbe Angebot. Etwas Abwechslung und ein größeres Angebot wäre passend....
"The onsite restaurant for breakfast was perfect; staff was very friendly. The room was a perfect size. My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us. "
"The hotel was walkable to a couple of attractions like Villa Carlota and also convenient to the ferry dock.We had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay! "
