I booked this room for a friend and they had to stay somewhere else. Said the room was deceiving from the pics online. Bed bugs and wreaked of cigarette smoke so bad they couldn’t tolerate it.

As soon as we walked into room 415, two roaches walked across the floor. We immediately left the room and stayed at a different hotel. I attempted to get a refund the next morning and was denied. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This property is listed as a 8.8 rating but it is not located in a safe part of town and is a location that houses transients. My friend traveling with me was completely mortified that the rooms appeared dirty and lacked standard security.

The walls are too thin the people in the next room moved furniture all night they talked super loud while having the tv louder couldn’t sleep but i only stayed one night and never again has people outside smoking marijuana and trash everywhere in the back thankfully it was only one night

This was the dirtiest hotel ever. When I arrived the clientele looked very sketchy and the room smelled heavy of drugs. The person above us started moving furniture or something around at 11:30 pm and the noise continued through the early morning. Terrible customer service, terrible staff.
