Nice and comfortable

Beds were comfortable and a nice place to stay. Rosie (front desk clerk) was very welcoming. She was able to extend our stay for one more night, which we did not plan. All was nice, just would like to see a little more effort put into the complimentary breakfast. Also, hotel was not far from the Golden Nugget casino. Other than that, I would stay at this place again!

The food was sometimes cold and the pool is highly chlorinated so it dried out my kids skin and hair. Half way through our stay our hotel room bathroom was covered in ants in our clothes and on the toilet seat counters THEY WERE EVERYWHERE. And they wouldnt let us leave that room for another one but that morning 6am they finally gave us a new room and that same day they rented out the ant infested room

Bed was comfortable. Area and hotel were quiet. shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Only 1 tv by bed, none in sitting area. Lamps are rusted. No smart tv so no streaming services.

The property itself was clean and nice. We were in a four person room with only three ppl only got two towels which wasnt enough so I had to go out and buy some towels. There was a overpowering smell from cleaning and it wasnt the greatest of smells. Staff was super friendly morning and night.

The hotel smelled bad. Mold. There was no milk for cereal. Nothing else to eat. No fruit. All around terrible place. Please take them off your places to stay.

The room reeked of mildew smell.. the wifi sucked the bed was hard the pillows was small... the side doors didn't work... the breakfast was horrible i didn't even try to eat it... i definitely would not recommend this hotel.. its outdated... the room was not clean we had to clean it ourselves

I really wanted to give a great review due to the staff being so friendly but unfortunately the property itself doesn’t warrant it. It is dingy and musty inside once you leave the lobby area. The first room I had smelled like old mildewed carpet and urine. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk which he quickly accommodated changing me to a different room. The moment I stepped into the second room I realized that was as good as it was going to get. The carpets in the room must have never changed which I think lead to the strong musty oder. The lighting was very dim and the phone didn’t work. There were even some used towels hanging on the side of the tub. I went next door and bought a can of Lysol and air freshener just to tough it out for the night but I will NEVER let me repeat NEVER stay at this property again!!!

I could only give a 1 because they don’t allow 0

Was told to go in side door that wouldn’t unlock. Air conditioner sounded like a semi truck all night. Bed was uncomfortable. Tv had to be turned to full blast just to hear a little. Shower had so little water coming out you couldn’t get clean. Breakfast was the worst. Juice machine didn’t work. Ran out of coffee by 6:15. Food was not much and no flavor. DONT STAY HERE!!!

My car was hit while parked in the hotel lot. The hotel smelled and was dirty. Sticks were used to prop the doors open. Hotel walls were stained.

I would not stay there again or any other Best Western for that matter. looked like a cheap motel and smelled like mildew. Service sucked, minus housekeeping workers tried to due what they could, but management was just dismissive. Will be filing a complaint I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason stay somewhere where you count not just your money.
