"The property is definitely nice, The rooms are great and the surroundings are secluded. This is a great hotel if you like quiet and the “almost balconies”. They really try to step up the feel of the hotel without being obviously cheap. They do allow pets, but you can’t tell. This is the second time I have stayed here, that being said, if you interact with staff beware. There were a couple of staff members that were not pleasant. For the most part the staff was pleasant and accommodating, but they open tye kitchen at 7am when most hotels open at 6am, so I wondered down a little early and one of the servers seemed annoyed by this, I asked where the coffee was and his response was,”we’ll be open in a few minutes!”. The second instance: I was checking out and went to hand my keycard to the front desk agent, she pointed to a basket and looked at me with a condescending expression and said, “the keys go there.” All of f the other staff were great! "

"Hotel lobby and rooms are fresh and well maintained. I have stayed here several times because this is in a convenient location. My only complaint is that your windows badly need cleaned. Over several years, they continue to be very dirty and appear to have not been for many years. Also paying $38 and taxes adding up to a total of $43 is exorbitant. "

"Shower door and tv broken - they said that’s the way some rooms are. "

"The TV was broken and almost fell on us. There was no soap and it had a mild smell of body odor. The AC cord was unplugged and we were too scared to plug it in due to maybe a faulty wiring. We left and are requesting our money back."

"Small but beautiful rooms. The view of the capital is spectacular. The staff is an absolute delight. Mini fridge, hair dryer and clothes steamer available in room. Coffee, water and in-shower essentials are part of the amenities offered. Not a ton of closet space but functional for a short trip. Room is very clean. The only issue I had was with the bed. Unfortunately, it dipped down at the head. We slept at the foot instead. Be aware that the parking is expensive, we paid almost $150 for parking our rental vehicle for 2 nights."

"I booked a 2 bedroom and was given a King bed with sofa bed. I booked the room 5 weeks in advance and the staff told me we are never guaranteed a room if booked through Hotels and should always book through their hotel. So why book through Hotels?? They want to advertise on hotels but want (US- the users) to book directly with the hotel cutting out hotels.com..... When I book a room I want to make sure I get that type of room booked. That's why there is choose your room types.... Makes no sense. I was very unhappy with that situation. I was also told I couldn't get a refund because we paid in full with no cancellation available so I was stuck."
