A beautiful little hotel in an idyllic location - on the Drumbeg loop. Superb food and lovely, welcoming owners. Well equipped and very comfortable room. Great selection of whiskies too. Highly recommend.
Lovely hotel with great views, warm and comfortable rooms and great food (breakfast and dinner). Loved our one night stopover and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, recommended
Nice room and hotel ( not the biggest of room but big enough)
Bar was closed early but limited guests in so guess that was why so couldn’t use this facility
Breakfast was great !!!
Quick and easy check-in and run by a lovely couple. Spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay (and quite unexpected) was the little bar and free to play pool table providing a few hours of entertainment in the evening after a long day on the road! We also enjoyed a hearty, home-cooked dinner and breakfast too, both delicious and with a beautiful view!
We had a wonderful stay at The Drumbeg Hotel. The hotel was full of character. Dinner was fabulous and our hosts were lovely. Would love to return. Definitely recommend
The property was set in beautiful surroundings and was peaceful and tranquil. Hotel was very clean and we received a warm welcome from Fiona. Breakfast was lovely too.
During our driving holiday around Scotland, we booked a stay at the Drumbeg Hotel in the Lochinver area, and it turned out to be a real highlight of our trip. The journey into Drumbeg itself is an experience – a picturesque and adventurous drive along some of the most scenic and narrow roads we've ever encountered.
The hotel has a rustic, old-world charm that immediately makes you feel at home. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are clean, cosy, and welcoming.
One of the standout features is the dining room, which offers a wonderful view of the water – the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. Speaking of meals, the food was absolutely delicious and comforting, some of the best we've had during our travels.
Highly recommended for anyone exploring this beautiful part of Scotland and looking for a place with character, charm, and great food.
