Wonderful place to spend our Honeymoon. Friendly staff, great breakfast, right on the beach, and the perfect distance from downtown with lots of shopping, food spots, and art galleries. Staff took great care of us, and upgraded our room to celebrate and make our trip that much more special. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The hotel is friendly and welcoming. Beach level patio needs attention. It doesn't match the charm and maintenance of the rest of the hotel. Even pots with flowers and comfy seating would help. Feels neglected.,

The hotel has definitely seen better days and we had issues with our room key working even after getting a new one. Just felt like too much money to pay for the level of quality provided.

We had a wonderful room almost right above the ocean. The crashing waves lulled us to sleep. The hotel had a Mediterranean seaside feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it made for a very special long weekend. We’re hoping to return soon.

Great boutique hotel. Only issue for us was the parking. Limited on site parking and since we have a big truck it was necessary to park in an off site lot. They helped with luggage but it was a block away. So after our event we attended we had a nice walk back to our room. Room was really nice and ocean front. We had the king suite which had a separate bedroom and that was nice too !

This hotel is good but frankly overpriced (like most everything here). It is right on the beach, but the latter is small, rocky, and disappears during high tide. Rooms are decent, and the facilities are OK. Warning - the poll is tiny and parking, while available, is very cramped and you may need to use the annex lot. The complimentary continental breakfast isn't anything to write home about. Staff are pleasant enough, though YMMV.

I enjoyed a beautiful room with deck. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are doing renovation at the hotel as well as surf n sand so views / beach little different feel with that in the works. I’d definitely return for longer visit!

The beachfront is really amazing and we loved our ocean view. We also loved the fireplace and how walkable everything was. The location is excellent. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. It’s definitely dated and in need of upgrades. Also for how much we paid I would expect to not hear the floor above me squeaking or the next door neighbors having very intimate moments at 3am… also it would help so much if they turned down the lights at night, I didn’t sleep more than 2 hours the first night because the sheets were old and scratchy and the outside lights blared through the blackout curtains. But overall it was a nice time.

An older property with a facelift that is built into the cliff side gives European style vibes and easy beach access with an incredible view but prepare for lots of stairs and not so modern heat / air options. We had a plumbing issue with water and debris backing up into our bathroom sink overnight likely caused by years of people rinsing their sandy clothes in the sink which isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault.

This was one of the best vacations we have had! Super cute hotel right on the beach with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. It was quite, clean, and a great deck to see the ocean. We hope to stay here again when we return to the area!

Hotel is walking distance from everything. Couple things is parking on site is hard to get in and out of, there was no door to the shower, the drain in the shower doesn’t work when the water is on so your standing in a puddle and wifi stops working once you enter your room.

Hotel right on the beach, we stayed in room 713 and it had a gorgeous view. Heard the beach waves all night, it was perfect.

What is outstanding is the location of this property. It is right on a beautiful, swimmable, walkable, surfable beach. It is close to "downtown" Laguna Beach but there are many dining options closer by. The staff were incredible. Very accommodating and helpful.

Positive the property is on the beach. Lots of steep stairs to be expected. Some of the hand rails were not stable. Property was in mediocre condition. Dead plants. There were cabinet doors in breakfast area not attached. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Nick, Bashir, and team treated us so well! We loved our beachfront room with a fireplace. It was so charming. We would fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The location can't be beat! We wLked to shopping, restaurants, beaches and when we were tired, we'd just hop on the trolley! There is trolley stop right by the hotel. We will be back!

The staff was outstanding, we received a free upgrade to the suite without even asking, and even had flowers sent to our room when they found out we were there for our 20th Anniversary. The hotel is a classic SoCal style beach hotel, right on the beach and just far enough away from downtown to avoid all the traffic issues.
